We were loyal customers to Jimmy's until yesterday when I tried to make a special order. The employee berated me for the weapon I was trying to purchase and was rude to me in front of several employees and customers (including the owner and his son) - ALL because I wanted to order a rifle that they didn't have in stock and that he didn't agree was a worthy purchase (a $1300 rifle).
