I would rate this a zero if I could. I am all for helping the disadvantaged participate in the community. My more right wing friends accuse me of being "too liberal". However, even I would draw the line at hiring blind car detailers, yet that's apparently exactly what the Miracle Car Wash in Boca Raton does.
