I went in with a bicycle I had purchased elsewhere. I knew I needed new wheels. The service guy gave me price and then informed me that it was a warranty issue and that the shop I purchased it from should be able to get me new wheels for free. I was surprised that they told me as I was ready to pay them for new wheels. The shop I had purchased the bike had closed, but Engels told me where they had their main shop. I took the bike there for the wheels. The other shop "that I won't name" gave me a bit of a hard time, but got me a new wheel set. I was so happy with Engel's Bi
