If there was a spot for no stars, I would have put it. STAY AWAY from this appraiser. If your bank uses this vendor......get a new bank for a Mortgage. Firstly, the appraiser was not friendly at all. Not that I really cared about that, but it gave me an initial impression that he was not going to be fair with his appraisal. I new from the start, just from his attitude, that my appraisal would not be satisfactory. I had an appraisal for my home a month before from another company through a mortage broker (bank).
