When I, my boyfriend and friend went to get my car we were treated hatefully-spoken to harshly, glared at-upon entering the office. We were subjected to screaming, hateful behavior, blatant mockery, threats of physical violence and intimidation, racial slurs, profane insults, threat of vehicle theft, and I was forced to retrieve my car-with a flat tire-from the towing yard myself, and was forced to enter the towing yard alone while a large, extremely aggressive guard dog lurked in the yard.
