If I could have given them no-stars for a rating, I would have, for this is the most non-professional car repair shop I have ever dealt with in my life. I%u2019ll start by saying, I enlisted Top Quality Automotive to install a major part I'd purchased. While inserting that part, they broke another part, replaced it with a %u2018used' part that did not work properly.
