While the few times I've been here the staff has been really helpful, on my visit today I bought a large 1.75l bottle of rum and as I was taking it inside my house the bag ripped and the bottle shattered all over our sidewalk. After this happened I called and the store and the cashier answered and said that he would replace the bottle, but upon returning there with a piece of it he said that he misunderstood me and that there was nothing he could do. Since I was already there I went ahead and bought another bottle, this time paying attention to the bag. T
