Allan Mobley is a liar and thief. He sold us a home with a broken foundation while willfully hiding this defect. After we found out about the issue we asked him to do the right thing and take responsibility for his craftsmanship. He refused even though he knows he is responsible. It is going to cost us over 20 thousand dollars to get this fixed not to mention the cost of the work to be done on the inside. This issue has compromised the structural integrity of our home.
