The Physical facility is what you would expect from a relatively new outside storage facility. It is the Standard cement slab with sheet-metal buildings. Although the units are raised slightly, I still get water in the unit during heavy rains. Owner would not allow to move area saying one was not available. Signs out by road indicate they are soliciting for the size space I had. There is rarely anyone onsite to assist with issues and her policies are not well documented. Moved my stuff and have been very happy with better sealed, better managed, less expensive alterna
