Residential lot manager has two faces. You will see the other one, 3 weeks after signing lease. If you like yard work, you'll love it. He will blow leaves (he calls debris) from street, onto your lot, then tapes a note to your front door stating he will then add a $75 min. charge to your lot rent for " leaf removal". Expect NO privacy. He's always looking into your windows, driving around to see who's doing what, and who is visiting your home. Only 2 adults and 2 children are allowed per lot, and only 2 car's per drive. Guests are expe
