My doctor left recently & my insurance does not require a referral still some policies require one so when i saw the Riverbend ad that claimed self referrals i filled out the paper but did not even recieve a formal rejection.Now i am left searching for a general physician to refer me to specialist cause i have had chronic pain for years.They are very unprofessional.To not notify people who applied due to necessity not choice like me.
