Did business on several occassions with Ochoa and almost everytime he insists something else needs to be done and the check engine light is always on when he finishes a job. The last repair was June 2009 when he replaced a transmission in our van. He gave us a price which included the used transmission. Me and my husband live only on Social Security and we explained to him it would take us a little while to come up with enough money to fix the van. So, after almost two months, we were still a little short and asked Ochoa if we bought the transmission what he would charge
