I like the doctor. She is thorough and friendly. However, her office staff is very rude and unfriendly. The wait times are very long. If you have an appointment for 10:30am, you will not be called into the back until 11:30am, and then you will not see the doctor until 12:30pm. That is with an appointment! Every time I have waited in the office, I hear people complaining about the same thing, and some have even gotten up and left. It's unfortunate because I really to like the doctor.
