Our initial meeting with Verminators went well and we really liked Katy and her crew, however, things went downhill from there. At around $6 a foot for steel chicken wire, we had a $1500 bill. This was supposed to include attic cleanup/restoration as well as a recheck for baby squirrels one week after the roof line was rodent proofed. Katy made an appointment for Wed. of the following week. She never showed up and never called. It took two weeks of calling to get in touch with anyone.
