I have gone in to this Firehouse a couple of times. Each time I go in, I have a bad experience, but I think it will be better the next time. The last time I went in, I was the second person in line. I was on a short break from work. Unfortunately, the employees were moving extremely slow and did not seem to have any consideration for the customers. I waited for 25 minutes for my sandwich. When I looked at my sandwich, they had given me the wrong order. I asked for no onions and specifically told them I am allergic so I went back inside to ask them to fix it. They told me
