Found this shop through Google, used the form on their website to request a quote & actually received a response within an hour! Not only were they the first to respond out of the many requests I made that day, but their quote was considerably lower than the dealership & a few dollars cheaper than a several of the other independent shops I contacted. I called to make an appt. & was pleasantly surprised by how courteous & professional the service advisor, Jerry, was when we spoke on the phone. It got even better in person - I arrived around noon on the day
