We made a reservation on Tuesday for an auto transport and had been redirected to several places. UHAUL said I20 had our transport. We drove 3 hrs to get it and it hey didn't have the trailer!! Ashlee was so great with helping us and really listened to our concerns! She called every UHAUL up and down the freeway and finally after 2 hrs located us a trailer. UHAUL had her on hold for 45 minutes and were NO help. We had to drive 30 min back from where we originally came from but got our trailer! It was all worth it thanks to Ashlee!!!!! I will NEVER use UH
