Compared to the giant fast food companies, this small independent store is overpriced. The dining room is reminiscent of the 1960s and the staff is attentive to customers. The shakes are hand dipped ice cream and milk, just like Baskin-Robbins. Fast food places usually use a shake mix with multiple ingredients that may not be in milk. The food is good, and the preparation seems adequate and sanitary. It’s probably a great burger and fries for lunch, but not kid friendly like a McDonalds or BK.
