I live on Emerald drive and speak with patients and family of the facility on occasion. Lucy starts the price starts low and tacks on additional fees as you go. When you try to leave she will attempt to keep the deposit. I have seen this with several patients. Your entry contract will have numerous dorfy things and when you "breach" that contract she takes note and uses this against you later. I have seen more than one family take her to court. Please beware when dealing with this person!
