If possible to give a worse review, I would. This "company" towed my son's vehicle without our consent, (after his truck broke down, the Henry County police called them) I phoned Elkins twice before going to get the truck and arrived only to be told that I needed a notarized authorization in order get it. In addition, while there we asked about putting a tire on so that it could be moved upon our return...fast forward and my husband is told no work can be done on a vehicle on the lot. Keep in mind they charge $15 a day for each day they have it. Horrible
