As a lot of women out there know, it's a little intimidating to go in to an automotive repair shop. So, to say the least I was nervous about getting my car repaired and making sure it was repaired correctly. The first shop I stopped at, a big dealership my insurance company recommended, just tried to make me feel stupid. Lucky my next stop was at Milner's, I spoke to Ken.
