Mist Carpet Cleaning responded within 30 minutes, extracted all the water, dried the floor and walls and billed my insurance company directly. The 2 uniformed technicians moved everything, were very careful, helpful and knowledgeable. Their quick response saved my carpet and prevented mold in the rest of the house. This was the best experience with a service company that I have ever recieved and I would highly recommend this company.
