Its the owner's practice not to check the vehicles to see if they are in need of major repairs but still puts them out on the lot. The way the owner gets around getting repairs done it is to offer a 30-day POWERTRAIN ONLY warranty for 50% of the repair costs, provided you bring the car to him first to perform repairs.
