This is one of those type of places that I would take my mother, sister, mother-in-law, friend, and co-worker to. You get the idea =) Basically, it's a great fitness club that caters to customer service and offers fun classes and keeps you on track to lose weight. While it doesn't offer all the amenities that a larger gym offers, it instead provides you with more personalized service and customer care.
