Review
The products are good, the people who make service calls are fine, the folks at the home office don't have a clue about keeping customers informed or happy. Our dishwasher quit a week ago, guy came out promptly, said it needed a hose; one or two days and he'd be back to fix it. A week later and we learn the part was just shipped from Asko in Texas. Ground. Be in next week. But good news! For an extra $40, they can have one shipped overnight! Might have been something to offer us a week ago; now we'll buy a new dishwasher and not from them.
