There is not a coverered entrance/exit to prevent residents from the extreme climates. It doesn't matter if it is raining, sleeting, or snowing when the ambulance and/or family pickups/drops residents off, they are exposed to the weather. Enter & Exit doors open directly into the residents' sitting area (and some cases, their rooms), freezing them in the winter & letting the cool air escape in the summer. The air and heat cannot be controlled in each room. Some of the residents stay extremely cold while others are too hot. The dining area is extremely small for the numb
