I purchased a Yamaha Baby Grand piano from Fletcher back in 1994 for my son. He honest and a pleasure to work with. His knowledge of pianos is second to none in the Augusta area. He is a Technition as well as a salesman. He knows pianos inside and out. He restores, tunes, and can answer any question a person might have concerning pianos. He's not in the business just to sell you a piano, he wants you to know about that piano. He is also there after the sale. I have used him for all my tuning as well as our church.
