A friend of mine told me about Rolling Hills Apts in Newnan. I was hesitant about applying because one bedrm apts are very hard to come by. I went and put in the application. Ms Felicia was the nicest, sweetest person. She made my transition very smooth. Rolling Hills is a very nice and well-kept up apartments. It is very quiet and the people who live there are also very quiet and nice. I would reccomend Rolling Hills to anyone looking for a affordable place to live. It is income-based, but it doesn't look income-based. That makes a lot of difference!!
