I used Netlyphe last year when my laptop had a problem installing virus sofware. I went to their location and within a few minutes it was ready. I was very satisfied. Another problem turned up on another computer. I called on a Friday and spoke to James Hollums. He was going to call Joe who worked in my area to come and take care of it later that afternoon. I never heard back. Then I called the following Tuesday and again spoke to James. He said he would again contact Joe. And yet again, no response. I called the next day.
