We brought our car to Certified Collision because it was recommended by USAA. Initially Certified told us they were having trouble obtaining parts for out car and had the vehicle for over a month. We discovered that they had already cashed the USAA check much to the surprise of the USAA agent. We observed that the car was stored outside in the rain, even with a broken window. Finally, when the repairs were complete, we found the body and paint satisfactory but the interior of the car was filthy with dirt, dust and overspray and the headliner had been re-installed very poorl
