Review
My hubby and I have tried to pay our bills there. We are not smokers and we do not want to die from second hand smoke or smoke inhailation. The smell is stiffuling and we will not ever recommend this place to anyone nor will we shop there. We live in the rossville area and it is the closest place to go to pay our bills but we go all the way to brainerd rd to pay our bills just to bypass Charlies.
