Review
We just got back from the Kapolei Outback restaurant. This is the second time we have a very tough steak. Their chopped salad has been taken off the menu, what a shame and the food just seems to be getting worse with each visit. This is definately the last time we will go there. The service was still good. My ribeye steak was tough and over peppered as wwell as my husbands pasta dish tasted like pepper. I know restaurants are cutting back to stay in business but this isn't how you keep customers.
