I've been a fairly regular customer of Andy's for 7 yrs and through 3 different owners. I've used every service. Although the husband (Derek) of the current ownership does a great job and is super personable, the wife (Taylor) has gone from being stand-offish to downright rude. I've tolerated this for quite a while because I'm there to get my nails/waxing done - not make friends. But my last several visits have been too uncomfortable because of her rudeness and unprofessionalism. Then, instead of Derek, they had a new woman there do my last pedicure.
