We've been using this company for about 2 years because they are contracted through Maytag for warranty work. At this point, we know that every service call has to be made at least twice. When they came and fixed our microwave, they didn't install the vent correctly... they had to come back to fix that. When they came to fix our refriderator (the ice maker broke), they actually came about on 4 seperate occasions to replace the icemaker... each time, they said that the icemaker must have just broke (the fridge stopped making ice sho
