Review

I have always been very pleased with the flowers from the Flower Car. However, the few times i have ordered from there, I have given them a budget I would like to stick to. Knowing that there is a delivery fee, I request the delivering fee, flowers, and taxes comes to the budgeted price. I have yet to receive a bill for the amount I request they put into the flowers. Everytime, it is $5-10 more than I requested. Next time, I plan on specifying I will not pay more than "$__".
