I am very very Ill, and out of the area.I cannot stop by the Credit Union to access my account,nor make a payment on a loan; as am in the hospital two hours away from you!!! I need to talk to someone about this and have called several times, but no one will return my call!! I left a message begging them to call me back, once on 10-08-09, then again on 10-09-09 and again on 10-10-09. Does NO ONE answer or check messages --- and if not, then why have the answering machine???? This is ERGENT and I am VERY upset that I cannot reach West Burlington and make these nessasary trans
