I guess its to much to ask this company to be fair and honest. The work arounds they have in there contact are never ending. regardless, they will not repair anything covered under the contract. Apparently a roof is only the shingles. Last I check ATOH said the shingles are attached to roof. Anyhow they wouldn't even patch my shingles... Makes me question buying a HW in the 1st place!
