I stopped in at Sunrise Cafe this morning, went to the counter, and ordered coffee and a bagel. I was told it would be "just a minute" while they toasted the bagel. After what seemed forever, one of the kitchen personnel walked out. I politely excused myself for interrupting her, but said that I had waited almost half an hour for a toasted bagel. She replied that they were busy. I said that I could understand that, but that it should not take thirty minutes to toast a bagel.
