I bought a $400. vacuum from A-1 several years ago with a 3 yr. warranty and service agreement. Anytime I had problems with it and would take it in within the warranty period, they would try and charge me or I'd get, "we didn't find anything wrong with this". At one time I took it in for service due to a problem, my ticket was lost and it took 2 months to get my vacuum back and never a sorry from them. The vacuum still has the same problem and now the warranty is up. I will never go back. I like giving family owned business's my business but not this one.
