Review
Sam's Italian Villa in Council Bluffs is the best Italian Restraunt I have been to in a very long time. The service is quick and friendly and the food is awsome. My husband and I both had Ny strip dinners that were cooked to the way we like them. The meat was so tender it melted in your mouth. You get a lot of food for little money. Our entire bill was only $30. I recommend this restraunt.
