Their advertisement says: "You'%80%99re always welcome at Bettendorf Veterinary Hospital; we hope that you will join us sometime". Actually false advertising. They refused to provide a routine dental cleaning for our perfectly healthy cat because he is a senior and tests positive for FIV. This cat is a wonderful boy we rescued who is sweet and even charms people who don't like cats. He has been a loving member of our family for 6 years and we expect to have him around many more. He even has his own webpage and many local fans who are charmed by his rescue story
