I have yet to have a good experience in DNA. Each and every time I spend time in the Mesa store I am treated like I am a 5 year old who knows nothing when it comes to bicycles and or components. I have even seen friends walking in as I was walking out, only to have them call me later stating that the staff was bad mouthing me over a disagreement about tires. I will never step foot in this companies stores again!!
