Review
Plass appliance has terrible customer service. They do not stand behind their service plan. Then improperly document service calls. They sell knowling broken appliances. Steer Clear! We have had 6 service calls and they have no record of them. They sold us a lemon and refuse to replace it. This is after they sold us one fridge and delivered another several years ago. Shop elsewhere!
