If you check: Arizona Corporation Commission 01/29/2012 State of Arizona Public Access System you will see: This Corporation is NOT in Good Standing for the following reasons: AD-DISSOLVED-FILE ANNUAL REPORT 04/25/2011 I recently was informed about this company due to a judgment I filed against another patio furniture business and won. (Custom Cushions and David McCarroll) Patio Star has judgments against them
