Let me begin by stating that I am in no way connected with the owners of this business but I was present one time when the very large woman who owns this catering company bragged about her behavior at a rooftop party they provided food for at an event in downtown Chicago. Apparently, the weather that evening was chilly and windy and fewer guests attended the party than was originally expected by the host/client.
