At OffWorld Designs we specialize in screen printing and embroidery, made right here, at our Sandwich Illinois facility. From simple one color prints to four color process and simulated process jobs, we do it all. No camera ready artwork? No Problem! Our art department will work with you to create the perfect design for your project. Our work includes: T-Shirts Athletic wear Jerseys Uniforms Corporate Wear Family Reunions Jackets Hats and much more! We work with all types of groups from schools, businesses, conventions, theater groups and individuals. We have a 12 pc minimum for screen printing and only 1 item needed for embroidery. For superior quality that lasts for years, equipment counts! We have two M&R presses including a 10 color automatic press and a Barudan 6 head embroidery machine that are tops in the industry. We maintain our own clothing line on our web store. OffWorld Designs was founded in 1989 by our in house artist, Raymond VanTilburg, who wanted to print his own art so that he could control the quality.
