I had a recurring plumbing problem - the pipes from my laundry room are too small and were pitched the wrong way. Another plumbing company came out a week before, rodded out to the sewer line, and said it was fine for now but I would need to replace the pipes. When the water came out of my laundry room pipes again a week later, that same company didn't offer to come out again and kind of hung up on me. Fortunately, my dad knew Dennis Kratz. He came over the next day, actually fixed the pipes by re-hanging them so they pitched towards the sewer line,
