Quick N Clean is located on 2137 E. Sharon Rd, Phoenix AZ 85022. It originally had a street sign on Cave Creek Rd that appears to have conformed to city sign and lighting codes. However, in late 2011, this sign was modified with the following changes: 1. An animation was added with flashing colors and bright lighting 2. Light intensity from the sign increased significantly, well beyond neighboring business lighting. 3.
