Gordie's foundation is a very inspiring place. Seeing people who have a desire to change partner with an organization that endorses and facilitates change is truly beautiful to witness. The foundation focuses on vocational training for ex-offenders and the underskilled. They offer certifications in Barbering, carpentry, computer technology and sewing. This foundation is something that the Englewood community desperately needs. Being an ex-felon, I personally know the struggles that people with criminal backgrounds encounter.
