I am glad others had good experiences with this company but I did not unfortunately. Because of the poor customer service with the manager I feel it necessary to post a review. The consultation and dealings with the company before our wedding went well. A situation happened after the wedding and because of the way the manager treated us it developed into something way worse than it should have been. The company did compensate us and we walked away with a beautiful album.
